Passing time during an extended lull in band activity,
Glorious Dregs frontman David White
started fiddling with song ideas on his acoustic guitar. After
cranking out yet another folksy, country-ish tune called
You Can’t Hurt
Me No More, David started wondering if he had gotten soft in his old
age. Did he still know how to rock? Working mostly alone, David pushed
himself into new musical territory to prove beyond a shadow of doubt
that he could. megamerryman is the product of David’s year long quest. The ultimate do-it-yourself album, he wrote all of the songs with the exception of the Ramones cover, he played all of the instruments, sang (or screamed) all of the vocals, and recorded and mastered it in his bedroom studio. Indeed, David is “megamerryman”, but it is our hope that this concept EP marks the genesis of Endoside; a real, live, and vital rock band. |
